Code of Conduct and Usage Guidelines 

Arrival

-All guests will check in at the desk with name, phone number, and arrival time

Food and Beverages

-Food and drinks are allowed; however, a $50 cleaning penalty will be applied if trash is not placed in the designated bins.

-Waste & Recycling: Trash must be sorted and recycled in compliance with NYC regulations, and all cardboard boxes must be flattened and handed to the receptionist.

Prohibited Actions and Materials

-No modification of the walls or structure of the room

-Storing personal property in the space outside of booking hours is strictly forbidden.

-No open flame or combustible materials

-No use of water, blood, glitter, paint, or similarly messy stage effects

-No smoke, fog, and haze effects

-No haircuts

-Do not obstruct hallways, foyers, or vestibules

-Keep all property inside the room

-Nothing can be fastened, nailed, or screwed into the floor or walls

-Service animals only

-Time will not be extended for late arrivals

Departure

-Black box must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

-All provided furniture and equipment (such as chairs, tables, and music stands) must be reset to their original setups after use.

-Patrons must begin preparing to leave a few minutes before their reservation ends, making sure all equipment is packed, personal belongings are removed, and the area is left clean.

-Overtime Fees: Failing to clear the room on schedule will lead to overtime fees, calculated in set time intervals using the current standard hourly rate.

-All guests will check out at the desk

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations are permitted with a full refund up to 48 hours prior to the start time of the booking. Any cancellation less than 48 hours before a booking are subject to approval and will not receive a refund.
