Overtime Fees: Failing to clear the room on schedule will lead to overtime fees, calculated in set time intervals using the current standard hourly rate.

Equipment Return: All provided furniture and gear (such as chairs, tables, and music stands) must be reset to their original setups after use.

Food and Beverages: Food and drinks are allowed; however, a $50 cleaning penalty will be applied if trash is not placed in the designated bins.
